Every HE5000 is custom built to order and can be tailored to your preferences with custom interior and exterior finishes, seating configurations, ambient lighting, integrated red light panels, entertainment systems, and personalised branding options. For wellness studios, recovery centres, and businesses, we can incorporate your own logo and branding directly onto the chamber. For private home setups, branding can be removed entirely for a cleaner minimalist finish or customised to your preference.
Once your deposit is placed, our team will contact you directly the same day to discuss your preferred configuration, customisation options, delivery timeline, and overall setup requirements. We’ll walk you through available options including integrated red light therapy panels, entertainment systems, starlight ceiling systems, exterior colourways, interior finishes, and seating configurations to ensure the chamber is tailored to your exact preferences. From initial consultation through to production updates, shipping coordination, and installation support, our team works closely with you throughout the entire process to ensure the highest possible standard and experience from start to finish.
The HE5000 chamber measures approximately 207cm long × 162cm wide × 175cm high and has a net weight of approximately 650kg. Additional space should also be allowed for the supporting equipment units positioned behind the chamber including the oxygen concentrator, cooling system, and air compressor. Our team will work closely with you to confirm access requirements, placement, delivery logistics, and installation considerations prior to delivery.

Every chamber is custom built to order and coordinated directly with our team. We assist throughout the entire process including production updates, shipping coordination, delivery scheduling, and installation guidance to ensure a seamless experience from order through to setup.
Our hyperbaric chambers are built to the highest standard, so we do not anticipate issues under normal use. In the rare event that something does go wrong, your chamber includes a 1-year warranty covering faults with the chamber or machine.
During the warranty period, our team will personally help diagnose the issue and arrange the required replacement parts or components. If the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting or replacement parts, we will arrange a replacement within the 1-year warranty period at no extra cost.
Beyond the warranty, you are not left on your own. Every chamber customer receives ongoing lifetime support and direct access to our team. You will have our personal mobile number for life, so if you ever need help with setup, troubleshooting, maintenance, accessories or general guidance, you can contact us directly.
